IMOK provides family safety, communication and notification features. The service does not guarantee that every incident will be detected or that every alert will be delivered.

IMOK does not replace emergency services, medical care or professional monitoring.
4. Family Connections and Consent
You may only connect, locate or monitor another person when you have lawful authority and appropriate consent to do so.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, monitor a person without lawful authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed under the applicable store's terms.
7. Availability and Compatibility
Features can depend on device compatibility, operating-system permissions, battery level, network access, regional availability and third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
IMOK and its software, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMOK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
