Depending on the features you use, we may process account identifiers, device information, app activity, approximate or precise location, emergency alert information, motion or fall-related sensor events, connection records between family members, and support communications.

We use information to provide location sharing, SOS alerts, fall and inactivity notifications, family connections, account support, security, troubleshooting and service improvement.
3. Location and sensor data
Location and motion-related information is used only to provide the safety features you enable. Some features may require background access. Device settings and operating-system permissions control whether this data is available.
4. Camera and QR Code Access
IMOK Family may request camera access solely to scan a QR code used to connect an older adult with authorized family members. We do not use camera access for advertising or unrelated purposes.
5. Notifications
We may send push notifications for SOS alerts, possible fall events, inactivity events, connection status and other service-related information. Notification settings can be managed through your device.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with family members or caregivers you connect to the service, with infrastructure and service providers that help operate IMOK, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect users.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

You may manage app permissions through your device, disconnect family relationships in the app, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

IMOK is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
