Connect a family member

Open IMOK on the older adult's phone, show the QR code, then scan it using IMOK Family.

Location not updating

Check internet access, location permission, background permission and battery optimization settings.

Alerts not arriving

Confirm notification permission is enabled and that the family connection is active in both apps.

Fall detection

Fall detection is an assistance feature and may not detect every event. Contact emergency services when needed.

Subscription support

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
